Fees

Thriving Life Psychological Services, PLLC charges a fee of $200.00 per 50 minute session or $360.00 per 90 minute session.The rate is the same for intakes and couples therapy sessions. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted at the time of service.

You have a right to a Good Faith Estimate for services and will be provided with this information when scheduling your intake.

Insurance

Dr. Duffing does not participate on any insurance panels. As an out-of-network provider, we encourage each potential client to consult with their insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. See FAQ for suggestions on the questions to ask your insurance company. It is your responsibility to verify this eligibility if you wish to use this benefit. We will provide you with a copy of your receipt on a regular basis. You can then submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement, if you so choose.

Forms

We ask potential clients to review and complete several forms prior to the first session. These include a Virginia Privacy Notice and an Informed Consent for Treatment which outlines the business side of treatment. Completing these forms prior to the first session helps us maximize our time together during the initial sessions. The forms will be provided to a potential client through a secure client portal after the initial phone consultation.
